Policies

Below are the terms and conditions for product sales domestically and internationally.

 

USA & Canada 

Payment

Our preferred method of payment is via the Web shopping cart using credit cards processed by PayPal. PayPal allows on-line payment via AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or personal check.  If you don't have a PayPal account, you can sign up for one free during the order process.  We also take credit card orders over the phone.  We also accept money orders, cashier's checks and business checks.  Please make checks payable to TokenWorks Inc. and mail to:

Please allow 7-10 business days for business checks to clear.   Please include shipping costs which are shown in the on-line web shopping cart.   CODs with secured funds (Money Order, Cashier Check).
 

Shipping

Buyer is responsible for paying for S/H.

Fedex Overnight, 2-Day and Express Saver, depending on availability. 

For credit card orders, shipment to confirmed addresses only.  Please do not request shipment to a non-confirmed address.  See www.paypal.com for more on confirmed addresses.  Phone credit card orders will also only be shipped to card billing address. 
 

Shipping Insurance

Fedex includes insurance for $100.  It charges $2.50 insurance for $101 to $500.  For amounts above $500, there is an additional charge of $0.50 per $100 of declared value.

Buyer is liable for all losses and therefore is encouraged to insure the shipment.   If additional insurance is desired, please email us prior to placing the order so that the shipping charges can be adjusted.

Shipping Processing Time

Generally all orders are processed and shipped within 1 business days of receipt. You will receive email notification confirming both the placement of your order and a shipping confirmation message, complete with tracking number. 

Return and Repair  Policy

We will replace or repair defective DigiSwipe readers, upon its return, within 1 year of shipment.    If this situation arises, please call or e-mail us and we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and a ship to address.  Once the RA number is assigned to you, please ship the item and all enclosures back to us in the original packaging with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.  After it arrives we will the ship a replacement unit.

This policy does not include service to repair damage to the product resulting from accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, or non-TokenWorks modification of the product.

Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number.

Return of non-defective items within 14 days of delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee for non-defective merchandise.  After 14 days, returns will not be accepted on non-defective items.  The requirements of an RA number and ship to address, also apply.

We do not pay, or reimburse for return shipment, but we do cover the cost of shipping any replacement merchandise to you.  

 

 

 

International
 

Payment

Preferred method of payment is via Bank Wire Transfer.  Payment via PayPal accepted from certain PayPal countries in US dollars using PayPal funds, if ALL the following conditions are met:
  • The User has an International-Verified Premier or Business Account.
  • The User has been in the PayPal system for more than 90 days.
  • The User has a Seller Reputation Number of at least 3.

Payments may be accepted on a case by case basis when all of the above conditions are not met. 
 

Shipping

Buyer is responsible for paying for S/H.

We use Fedex International for shipments.  Please email us to arrange shipping.

Any and all international orders can be subject to both delays and additional fees (import duties, import fees, taxes, etc.) assessed by shipping or customs agents. The buyer is responsible for all such costs; TokenWorks is not liable for delays caused by shipping agents or customs.
